Morag Blazey

Morag spent more than 20 years in agencies; at CDP as a TV buyer, BBH as a planner buyer where she worked on Audi and NatWest Banks and most recently at PHD. She joined PHD as Group Account Director in 1994 to work on TV licensing, the BBC and COI anti-Smoking and Drugs Education. She was promoted to the board in 1995, became Managing Director in 1999 and CEO in 2006. Morag led the agency to its accolade of Agency of The Year in all three trade magazines in 2005. Morag left PHD in 2008 to broaden her communications and business experience. She initially freelanced, working with PwC in the development of a communications strategy for the pension’s reform bill on behalf o DWP, and working with the Olympic Delivery Authority in the development of a communications plan for transport demand management in 2012. Over this period she also completed a number of consultations projects within the radio market including Rajar and JICRIT. In May 2009 Morag began work at Ebiquity leading the Advertising Monitoring division. In the autumn of that year she played an integral role in the team managing the purchase of Xtreme Information. Morag became Global Practice leader for Ebiquity’s Advertising Intelligence division in 2010, and was appointed as Chief Executive of Ebiquity UK in the autumn of 2012.
