RFP Software: Faster, More Efficient Submissions

Guest Speaker: Tim Leake

With each year that passes, the RFP process continues to become more arduous. Client expectations are increasing, while their pitch timing is decreasing. Being able to respond to new business opportunities more efficiently has become mission-critical.

As you probably know, there is new software to help support the development of written RFPs. Products, such as Loopio and RFP360, claim to make the entire process more efficient by centralizing your content, automating your responses and collaborating across teams.

As the New Business Chief for RPA, Tim has been testing the implementation of these products – including some interesting alternatives. They do provide significant benefits, but not without a few challenges.

With this as our focus, we’ll address:
– What RFP software is, the key options, and cost
– What it does well, what it doesn’t
– Alternatives you may not have considered
– How to align use with your agency’s needs
– How to get the most out of this new software

Leave this session with a better understanding of the role that RFP software can – and can’t – play to help make your agency’s new business process more efficient.
