He is a serial entrepreneur by nature and has previously founded a number of successful enterprises s.a. the consulting companies Hestbæk Consult, MaForCom and MarketingFirstForum as well as the technology companies’ adstrument.com, Hainsight.com and ScopePool.com.
Dan is recognized as a global thought-leader on trends and behavior in the marcom industry and is often invited as a key-note speaker on Next Practice standards for both marketers and agencies.
Dan’s approach in day-to-day work is with a positive mindset trying to see opportunities before challenges – be it for clients as well as employees.

Dan is a native Dane. After many years abroad he today lives in Denmark with his wife and two daughters.
