Liz had a marketing career, based in both the US and Europe with leading roles in account management, new business and general management before becoming a recruiter and talent consultant in 2003.
Liz began her career in New York at Ammirati & Puris, then moved to Young & Rubicam. Over the course of eight years she ran a large portion of the AT&T business and was appointed Chief of Staff for the Worldwide CEO.
In 2000, Liz was hired to oversee the integration of all McCann Erickson’s WorldGroup companies in The UK (advertising, direct, PR, design, media and digital). The following year, she was promoted to Chief Marketing Officer responsible for the largest agency new business operation in Europe.
Liz has been recognized as one of the best recruiters in marketing by Media Bistro and the 4As. Liz’s thoughts about the marketing business, agency resourcing and securing talent have been widely published in publications such as Advertising Age, AdWeek and Crain’s Business. In addition, Liz has been a keynote speaker at the 4As annual conference on The Future of Talent, and Structuring for Growth.
