Jessica has a passion for helping clients solve their most complex business and marketing problems leveraging her experience as both a client and agency consultant. Since joining SRI originally in 2006, she has led or collaborated on dozens of reviews, and is digital practice leader where she manages all specialized digital assignments. Jessica has an even broader role across the full range of SRI’s consulting services, helping to craft customized agency model and global portfolio marketing solutions for our clients. This is particularly true today. In 2014 she felt the urge to rejoin the agency world and left SRI to become Global CMO of Huge helping to expand the agency’s changing business model, global network and drive topline revenue growth. At the end of 2016 she boomeranged back as a strategic advisor handling our most challenging consulting projects.
At Ogilvy in New York, Jessica was a Senior Partner, Group Account Director with overall responsibility for AT&T Wireless (where she designed their long-running “American Idol” program), LG, Cisco, DuPont, and Yahoo assignments. And while CMO at Saks Direct (Saks Fifth Avenue), Jessica oversaw the department’s founding including creation of its original marketing plan, a multimillion-dollar budget, website launch, call center development and built a 25+ person marketing team from the ground up.
While at Digitas, Jessica led the agency team responsible for all interactive and direct initiatives associated with the launch of the product BLUE from American Express. One million enrollments were generated within a three-month launch against original estimates of 300,000. The effort received One-Show awards for integrated branding and interactive marketing. Jessica began her career with Sony, and then worked in publishing with both Random House and Hearst.
Jessica received her B.A. in Modern European History from Barnard College.
