Senior Partner Pamela Rhodes has played an important role at Select Resources International since its founding almost twenty years ago. She leads agency searches and heads our Agency Relationship Management practice.
Pamela co-founded SelectResources University, and our training program titled “World Class Clients Get World Class Results.” She believes – because she has lived it and experienced it with her clients – that clients get the work they deserve. She is devoted to helping clients and their teams become better and more knowledgeable partners and thus maximize their marketing investment.
A graduate of The University of California at Berkeley, Pamela is a seasoned marketing professional with over 20 years of client-side marketing and advertising experience. She has managed national brands and led development of advertising and marketing communications with over 25 major agencies.
Pamela has also run her own consultancy, Rhodes Marketing, offering customized strategy, planning, positioning and marketing communications services to a broad spectrum of blue-chip clients including Clorox, The Quaker Oats Company, Charles Schwab, Intuit, VMware, DHL Airways and Safeway Stores.
Pamela is devoted to keeping her garden in full bloom all year. She and her dog enjoy long runs and hiking local trails. And, when she can get their attention, she loves spending time with her husband and two adult children. Swimming and reading are favorite down-time activities, and she makes sure to add a new country to her list of travel destinations every year.
