Prior to starting RHC, Robb was CMO at Young & Rubicam Group where he led new business initiatives for Y&R, Mediaedge, Burson-Marsteller, Landor, Wunderman, Sudler and Bravo.
Before that he was part of the core team that built a small agency of 35 people to a large multi-discipline firm with a staff of 410 as COO of Kirshenbaum & Bond.
In addition to his new business development practice, Robb is a search consultant and has watched over 180 agencies compete. He also does Client Satisfaction Audits for agencies and has conducted interviews with 700+ marketing executives learning what they like about their agency partners. And what they don’t.
