In this two-part series, you’ll learn how to move upstream to identify opportunities earlier and position your agency where growth strategy and budget are defined.

About This Session
You’ve likely heard it before: “We already have that covered…” or “We don’t have any more budget…” The issue isn’t your capabilities. It’s where you’re showing up in the client’s process.
Most agencies engage after priorities are set and budgets are locked. At that point, you’re competing for execution, not shaping opportunity. To unlock growth, you need to engage earlier before the client request even exists.
In this session, you’ll learn how clients develop marketing needs and assign work, and where agencies lose influence. We’ll introduce a framework to help your team identify earlier entry points – where demand can still be shaped.
Participants will begin applying this to a current client, identifying new and immediate opportunities.
