Since 1994 Dave Windahl has managed the highest quality execution of all Rojek consulting agency reviews and consulting engagements. As the VP, Director of Client Services he is valued by clients and respected by agencies from coast to coast. Dave ensures all engagements are planned and executed with the highest standards of project discipline, quality and integrity. He is responsible for business administration of the Company as well.
Dave directs the implementation of the advertising agency search services (ASPEN®), including information management, proprietary database functions, and quantitative assessments and analyses. He also oversees internet and intranet systems to support Rojek’s internal and external operations related to our portfolio of consulting services, including CultureScans® organizational culture assessment tool and database analysis.
Dave has prior experience in executive management training and development at the Center for Quality Studies, Analex Corporation, Cleveland. His years of consulting and research experience with Marsick & Associates, a Cleveland-based management consulting firm offer additional insight into each new client-agency partnership we help to create.
Dave is a graduate of Miami University with a B.S. in Organizational Behavior.
As a competitive swimmer in his youth, Dave learned to have the ability to focus on the many details of any project without losing sight of the big picture and the benefits to the team(s). As a life-long Browns’ fan, he also knows a thing or two about loyalty and dedication!
