About the Session
Agency leaders expect teams to drive growth, improve profitability, and make smarter business decisions. But do all key client-facing team members have the financial understanding needed to deliver on those expectations?
In this session, we’ll explore new best practices to help your senior day-to-day teams become more financially accountable. This starts by helping them understand the financial realities behind client work and agency performance through the right goals, metrics, and dashboards.
You’ll also learn how agency leaders are better educating their teams on the common profitability challenges, including over-servicing, scope creep, and resource planning.
You’ll learn:
- How agencies are improving financial accountability across teams
- The key metrics client-facing and department leaders should understand
- How to communicate those metrics through effective dashboarding
- How much financial transparency is helpful (and where to draw the line)
- Ways to align growth expectations with day-to-day decision-making
- Approaches to better highlight over-servicing
Whether you’re in agency management or a client-facing lead, leave with practical next steps to help you and your teams think more commercially, make better decisions, and contribute more directly to agency growth.
