As the founder and CEO of Unbox the Dress, Grace successfully scaled a high-growth, e-commerce brand in the bridal industry from the ground up. After raising over $1.5M of venture capital, she’s led the company to double its size each year while keeping customer acquisition costs at just 4% of the average lifetime value. She’s experienced firsthand how the right marketing resources can help brands accelerate and achieve their aggressive growth goals – and how cultural compatibility underpins the success of the best working relationships.

An expert in the bridal industry, Grace serves on the David’s Bridal Pearl Board of Advisors.

Before founding Unbox the Dress, Grace honed her skills in the entertainment industry, working for the nation’s leading dining cruise and private yacht rental company. There, she collaborated with top marketing suppliers to support beloved brands like Spirit & Odyssey Cruises in +10 US markets.

Grace studied at Northwestern University where she graduated with her BA in Communication and Media with an Integrated Marketing Certification from the Medill School of Journalism. Her coursework focused on organizational change.
