Kielb’s twenty year marketing career has been divided equally between successes on the agency and client sides. She began her career in New York at Kirshenbaum Bond (now Kirshenbaum Senecal + Partners) working on direct and online marketing for Sony and Citibank.
From there, she moved south to Atlanta wanting to experience client-side opportunities and joined the management team of Suntory Water Group (now DS Waters). Following that, Kielb assumed responsibility for the Orkin Pest Control Brand at Rollins Corporation, where she managed multi-million dollar campaigns from brand television to email marketing and everything in between. She’s been described by colleagues as “a proven leader”.
At The Bedford Group, clients rely on her ability to optimize their agency relationships, regardless of discipline, to get the best return on investment. She has also enjoyed working with the digital disciplines as they take the industry towards a more ROI driven model. At The Bedford Group, Kielb has been actively engaged with the Technology GBU at Newell Rubbermaid and has managed numerous engagements including Taubman Centers and PNC Bank.
A graduate of The Ohio State University, Kielb and her husband, Rich, spend their free time keeping up with their two young children and lake sailing.
