Tina Wascovich

Tina has served as a senior consultant, executive coach, and advisor to Rojek clients since 1997. She brings a wide range of marketing management expertise to clients from assessing marketing and organizational structures to developing practices, processes, and tools to improve team performance.

Tina also serves as a senior consultant on the implementation of proprietary and customized solutions for clients seeking Agency Searches, Agency Performance Audits, and Marketing Organization Design and restructuring. Tina is also professionally trained and certified coach and offers executive coaching to marketing leaders and agency executives. She demonstrates that interviewing and listening skills are critical to consulting.

With more than twenty years of strategic marketing communications’ experience in a diverse industries (healthcare, banking, retail, manufacturing, travel & tourism, and nonprofit industries) her work focuses on uncovering the best solutions. Tina is skilled at getting to the core of issues and designing innovative solutions.

She holds an MBA from Baldwin Wallace College, a BA from Cleveland State University; CPC, Certified Professional Coach and MP-ELI, Master Practitioner Energy Leadership, Institute of Professional Excellence Coaching, and ACC, Accredited Certified Coach, International Coaching Federation.

As a former high school cheerleading captain, Tina’s outgoing and inspiring personality makes her a natural team builder, approachable and easy to work with. She has a passion for inspiring people to see the best in themselves.
