Join this special three-part series on building a more advanced strategy practice with AI, from the method to the machine to the money: crafting sharper plans and briefs, building an end-to-end planning OS, and selling strategy at its full value.
Featuring the strategy leads at two highly awarded independent agencies, plus the latest strategic planning advances from Mirren, each session shows the actual workflows, tools, and pricing moves in use today and how they affect the fees you can charge.

Note: Registering for any session will automatically enroll you in the full series. All registrations include unlimited seats for your agency (you’ll receive a link to add additional team members). There is a fee for non-subscribers.

About the Session:

Sharper Plans, Stronger Briefs: Inside Tombras’ AI-Powered Strategy Team

Tombras, an Ad Age’s Agency of the Year and A-List winner, runs AI through its research, plan development, and the strategy briefs that follow. Sidney and Kelsey will walk through how their strategy team actually works: the inputs, the tools, and where human judgment stays in charge. You’ll leave with specific ways to sharpen your own client strategy briefs and plans, and an inside look at what a working AI-powered strategy team looks like.

Training Materials

Following the session, those who attend will receive one week of recording access.

Bio to come.

Sidney Henne

Head of Strategy at Tombras

Sidney is head of strategy at Tombras, where she helps brands make work that impacts culture and the business in equal measure. She joined from Wieden+Kennedy London, where she led strategy for Nike, launching the globally recognized, culturally resonant campaigns for Rafael Nadal’s retirement and the soccer platforms “Scary Good” and “Awaken Your Madness” featuring Ronaldinho, Kylian Mbappé, Vini Jr. and Alexia Putellas.

Across a career at W+K, 72andSunny, Deutsch, and BBDO, Sidney has helped build global platforms for Nike, Diageo, AB InBev, Comcast, Trojan, Meta, and P&G. Her work has been covered by Gloria Steinem’s Ms. magazine, reposted by Serena Williams, and shouted out by Little Simz. Her Trojan cookbook made Amazon’s bestseller list, and a Nike: Home campaign wrapping the return flight for England’s Lionesses’ UEFA Women’s EURO win became the most-tracked flight in the world on Flightradar24.

Her work has been recognized by Cannes Lions, The One Show, D&AD, the Clios, and the Webbys. The metric she’s proudest of is that her mom has spotted her ads in the wild. But there’s one achievement still eluding her: winning over her own toddlers, who remain unimpressed by anything that interrupts their programming.
